A prospectus issued by C@ Limited for the offer of renounceable rights issue of 60,769,600 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Share) and 151,924,000 Options exercisable at $0.01 each on or before 30 April 2012 (Options) on the basis of two (2) new Shares for every five (5) Shares held by shareholders as at the record date at an issue price of $0.006 each, together with five (5) free attaching Options for every two (2) Shares allotted, to raise approximately $364,618.

The Prospectus is dated 24 April 2009. The expiry date of the Prospectus is the date that is 13 months from the date of the Prospectus.
